hi mera baby 20 month old h use kal morning se bukhar aa rha h paracetamol sirap dene pr utar jata 7_8 hours ke bad phir se aa jata h ky mujhe doctor ko dikhana chahiye ya 3 din tk paracetamol hi deni chahiye plz help
