Have a balanced and nutritious diet
Go for small and frequent meals
Have green vegetables, fermented food like curd or South Indian food, sesame seeds, paneer, milk, oats, ragi as all are rich in folic acid, protein and vitamins and minerals
Don’t start your day with tea as it would increase morning sickness
Start your day with a fruit or overnight soaked almonds
Avoid high fat food, namkeen, achar, papad, packed food items..

Always try to include nutritious foods like eggs, chicken, seasonal vegetables, fruits, fresh juices, milk, paneer, curd, beetroot, chapati with vegetables, rice, legumes, etc. Make sure whatever you consume is properly cooked and not partially. Avoid junk and street foods as at this time there are more chances to get infections.
