For breakfast- idli, dosa, veg paratha, veg upma
For mid morning snack- ragi, overnight, soaked nuts, fresh fruits.
For lunch and dinner-it can be routine, vegetable curries, dal, chawal, roti , curd and paneer.
For evening snack, you can give a roasted peanuts, roasted Makhana and so on
