the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking fceeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intakce.
if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child

Wake your baby for a feeding if he sleeps longer than five hours. By the first month: At least 4 ounces every four hours.
