Q.

Hi mam …..suggest me the food for the my baby 6 months completed …….after the delivery if I eat groundnuts and tomato and other some types food the allergy was happening to whole my body

A. It is advisable to consult and allergy specialist for appropriate management. As far as the baby is concerned before introducing a new food, always do a test does especially during the daytime so that if there is any reaction, you can rush to the hospital.
