spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds.
And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

Yes There is no restriction on any kind of food you can have all kind of foods fruits and vegetables and curries it is that you have to mind the amount of spices that you are having apart from that there is no restriction on any kind of food for a breastfeeding mother after about 40 to 50 days
