hi mam/ sir am lactating mother I given birth to my baby in December (vaginal delivery) my period starts on 5th month means may4th and now in June my period not came but I have pms why my period is late, what I have to do for my period, I don't want to be a pregnant again, pls tell me some remedies to get period.

A. hi mom if u have missed ur periods then you should do urine pregnancy test with morning urine sample to rule out pregnancy and if positive then consult with your doctor
