hi mam/ sir am lactating mother I given birth to my baby in December (vaginal delivery) my period starts on 5th month means may4th and now in June my period not came but I have pms why my period is late, what I have to do for my period, I don't want to be a pregnant again, pls tell me some remedies to get period.

If you have unprotected intercourse and because of that your periods are delayed then consult your doctor for further assistance. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydratedZ
