Hi mam now iam pregnant with 32weeks.my baby weight is 1.6 gms.what type of food I need to take to increase grow/weight of the baby?

A. You should include more protein in duet like have dals sprouts and didi start gaining mama proteinex in milk twice a day abd have paneer spinach soya tofu in your diet
