hi mam myself manisha i am 24 after delivery i gained weight and not losing it pls help to reduce weight by healthy diet?

A. Hi Mom, maintain healthy and balanced diet along with regular exercise will help you to lose weight naturally. Exercise atleast 30 mins daily. Always choose healthy proteins. Avoid junk foods or outside foods, refined sugar, sugary drinks, refined carbs etc. Thank you.
