Hi mam my son is 2.6 years old and his front 4 theeths are lossing and there colur is also brown

A. See the process starts from the age of 4 1/2 to 5 years this is very early plus the colour is also not proper I suggest you to consult a dentist one time maybe or not maintaining proper oral hygiene which is why you are facing this issue so the dentist would be able to give you proper help on this
