hi mam,my son completed 7 years and he is suffering from fever, weight 19 how much dose can we give to this boy crocin syrup

A. yes, you can give him syp crocin (250 mg) 6 ml approximately can repeat in ,six hourly. offer him more rest n feed lots of liquids all the very best !
