hi mam my son 1 year 11 month old he is vomiting past 2days wat ever he eat its coming out in vomiting is there anything big ??? im really worrying please give me some solution for that mam

Pls find the reason for this
it can be because of cough or gastric infection.
Consultantion with Paediatrician can help evaluate & start medicine
Mean while, give lot of fluids to avoid dehydration like lemon water, Buttermilk, ORS, fruit juices coconut water
