Q.

hi mam....my sis was 12w and 13 days pregnant. Her nt scan report shows 4mm..is there any complications for the fetus brain development..

A. Hello there. The NT value is a bit high for a fetus of 12 weeks of gestation. I would suggest you to get another scan done from a different doctor and verify if the values are correct or not

A. there's nothing to worry... just keep on taking iron calcium and multivitamin supplements regularly. avoid strenuous activity and walk for one hour daily. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated
