Hello mam/sir, I am 3 months pregnant women. My NT scan report is normal. But, my double marker screen is positive. Is there any problem?

What is it positive about that you haven’t mentioned but if there’s anything that you need to know about your pregnancy the doctor is going to tell you anything and everything that is mentioned into the pregnancy report of your markers if there’s any issue that’s in your mind please check with your doctor on that
