A. Hi mom To loose weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. surya namaskar aasan will help you to reduce the weight. u can also do cycling jogging dance gym etc to reduce weight. Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food
