I suggest you to consult a nutritionist regarding this your child is too much underweight about 3 1/2 to 4 kgs so that is a matter of concern for sure so I think a nutritionist would be able to help you with the right kind of diet plan and also medicines associated if any requiredWrite Your Answer Here
