Hi mam, my friend has 7th month pregnancy with twins.. she got pregnancy through injections, she had a pain at the lower abdomen while sleeping nd turning side ways..she got the pain only while sleeping nd turning side ..wt was the reason ?? please help her..

Most likely she might be experiencing round ligament stretch which happens due to excessive increasing the size of the uterus putting pressure over the round ligament. Eventually it will go away.
