NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello in general when the child is not keeping well the appetite will reduce and may refuse to take food so try small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time and you can all so put measles drops and use instant rub from babyhug which is effective for cold
