Hi mam.. My daughter is 8 month old what diet should i preferred for her in daily routine can u plz help me with this..

A. hello you can just have a normal food diet but make it more healthy and nutritious by adding more of fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits which can help in the growth of your child as well as good for you and avoid too spicy and gassy food as it can cause discomfort
