A. Hello good afternoon !! Give balanced diet protein,calcium,iron rich foods for healthy hair. Use caster oil,coconut oil or mix both the oils ,it helps in controlling hairfall,improves hair growth. Avoid chemical shampoos use soap nuts,herbal based shampoos.
