hi mam my baby sufforing from fever and mouth small infection I am taken paracitamol 250mg syrup suggest my grandfather please suggest your medicine

A. Calculating doses The usual dose of paracetamol for children is 10-15 mg per kilogram of weight. In other words, if a child weighs 20 kg it should have 10-15mg x 20, which is 200-300 mg. This dose can be taken once every 4 to 6 hours, up to 4 times in 24 hours if needed.
