Give more of fibres in the diet fluids in the diet water buttermilk coconut water papaya all kind of citrus fruits you can give to the child which will help in easy and better digestion and easy motion and the vomiting will also reduce over the period as a digestion starts to work fine and if needed please consult your doctor
