hi, mam my baby is now 3 years. how to make concentration. please give some ideas

A. hi to enhance your child concentration power ,first you need to make some dietary changes. I mean , limit your child salt and sugar intake. give home cooked Healthy food. make sure your child takes good and enough. breakfast. keep your child well hydrated. practice yoga or mediation daily. limit your child screen time,it is important. play with your child ,play different activities like find particular Letter from paragraph and count number of occurance of that particular Letter in that paragraph
