Hi mam, my baby is 7 weeks old. Am feeding him only breast milk. He urinates minimum 1 time for each two hours, and is active. He has not passed his motion( poop) last 4 days. Is it something I need to worry about. His poop used to be normal and he did not have any difficulty in passing.

A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doc hetor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...
