A. if the baby is 4 months old and if the baby is having some loose motions containing new cause watery and some foul smell there may be some infection in such case it is better to consult your doctor

A. Hi parent Mom should not consume food that causes gas and indigestion and that is tough to digest Mom should not use RO water. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered. You can give her two drops of enterogermina twice a day if motions are watery.
