Hi Mam my baby is 2 year 6 month old and he literally not eating food for two days and he frequently doing loose motions on yesterday and today he is gng to poop with thick past and I see worms on motions sooo I can use albendzole syurp at night times but I have some doubt after that syurp I can feed my breast milk

A. loose motion may be because of either some infection thedyre could cbe loss of water and electrolytes so a proper hydration is required give ORS and also give probiotic like enterogermina two times 3 day

A. I think because of lose motions only your child may not be interested in eating the food that you are giving to the child I would recommend you to get a check for indigestion issue maybe some infection that is going to give you much clarity what does situation
