hi, mam my baby girl is 2 years old and I quit her breastfeed so he feels hungry after lunch and dinner and she feels lack of sleep also so what nutrition and meal I gave to her?

A. Namaste Mom, Apart from giving 3 main meals you can also give them 2 time snack in between and also animal or plant source milk can also be introduced
