hi mam..my baby boy is 29 months old. bt he cant speak. sometimes he say sounds. bt he dont say words. he understand somethings what we say. when he cry he say soetimes maa.. bt hum jab bolne ko kehte he wo nahi kehta.. what to do mam..?

A. this is not normal and you will have to meet the doctor to assess the growth milestones of the child and there is very high possibility that the child may need speech therapist
