hi mam my baby boy is 2 and half months old yesterday we have taken second dose of vaccination in the mrng at 11am in the time at 10 clock he got little bit rashes on right hand is it due to vaccination or any other problem

A. Hi mom Yes, it is due to vaccination. Fever swelling and rashes are the common symptoms after vaccination. It will subside on its own in one or two days. So no need to worry about this. Take care
