Hi Mam, My 2 months old premature baby girl with 2.5 kg weight is having cold and cough since 4 days, iam using T-minic and Kufril syrups. still no improvement, please provide your suggestion.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be benefichfial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
