Hi mam..My 17month bby has fever from last mor went to dr and giving paracetamol drops from sterday. This mor fever is 101 degree.. he is not eating food properly from Thurs. sterday and tdy he completely rejects food and looking very dull. We went out on Wed mor and we got some bonda I have gvn it to him . I have forgotten to inform this to my pead . He already suggested antibiotics. Will his fever subside or do I need to consult the dr again. Will it be any food poison he had vomit on Thurs and Fri morning and I'm giving vomit syrup from sterday so he doesn't have any vomiting
