hi mam...midhil is not sleeping timely....what can I do?? we r Trying many things but he can't sleep rearly

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. get enough of physical activity sleeping sschedule cannot be very tight even in adults. so try to maintain similar bedtimes, routine of getting ready for the bed.
all members should sleep at that time

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4.3 years old and he doesn’t sleep early so don’t worry just give him an apetizer like cypon 4 ml before dinner so that he will eat more and sleep overnight
