Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic tjhreatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucgous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Hello Just know Milk is supposed to be given to the child no milk at all apart from that you can definitely go ahead with giving whatever your child is liking to eat banana and curd rice is going to be the best option to go for dresses or restriction in any food apart from me
