RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl3 days agoA. Mam it’s a it is a massive issue you should talk to your gynaecologist about it because I cannot even suggest you anything basic in terms of exercise to do because you’re pregnant so please talk to your gynaecologist regarding the issue
