hi mam iam 28years old my periods are normal it comes every month 28th days period times 2days bleeding blood lightly shows clots is it normal or not otherwise no problems no heavy bleeding

A. its normal in many cases to have less flow . but just get checked if your heamoglobin level is normal . if low hb , the flow may occur due to that

A. Sometimes in the rush of the blood is much clots can come but that is regular into your period then it does not happen once or twice so if you’re facing this kind of an issue then in that case better to consult a gynaecologist once
