If you are facing milk ducts(milk produced not consumed by baby) then you can express out it by hot pack or ice pack (keep hot pack or ice cubes in muslin cloth on breasts where you observe pain ,milk lumps) then the milk which formed as ducts will be melted ,press out manually or use breast pump . If you feel extreme pain or fever then consult gynaecologist.
