Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Don't carry baby in one hand.
Go for a oil massage. It is alos good.
Take good rest. This is very important
Continue with your iron and calcium supplements.
Avoid cold water baths and avoid to take cold foods.
Sit comfortably with pillows and cushions.
Avoid heels and go for flats.
