Hi mam , I'm Swetha from Chennai, My baby girl 1 1/2 years old , she is premature baby , How I have to give food for her daily , plz give food chart, still she didn't walk ..she doing slowly but she doing .. how I have to give her healthy food

two meals and two breakfasts
never use maida and packaged food
use simply purified water having tds higher than 450
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
soups and probiotics, meshed vegetables and fruits, khichdi upma daliya sheera khir porridge etc etc
