Hi mam I'm sushmitha my second baby is started 4 months but still he didn't roll over and he's always crying whenever we put him down and he's not playful why?

Maam kids learn to roll over between the age of three months to 9 months so there is no problem in that give more of tummy time to the child to encourage to roll over and some kids don’t like to be on the floor or on the mat or on the mattress because they just love to be in the lap kind of an addict they have
