hi mam I m now 10 weeks pregnant.. please check my blood sugar report and tell me it's normal or anything serious

The blood sugar BP is on a little higher side if you see that it is more than 140 when it should be in a particular range so in this case whatever is needed to be done your Dr is going to give you a clear advice so so please consult your gynaecologist for this particular thing and understanding
