hi mam I'm mother of two children and after second c sec I am suffering from stomach issues like bloating constipation food not digest properly

A. kindly consult your doctor to rule out other causes In constipation modify diet avoid baked and packaged food give diet rich in fibre like oats banana papaya etc give Luke warm water to drink maintain hydration give plenty of oral fluids if the problem perissts consult your doctor for stool softners

A. See initially after delivery these things can be completely normal and common with women it doesn’t matter what delivery you have had but if it has been a longer time more than maybe three or six months then it could be some stomach related issues so in that case you should consult a gastrologist once
