hi mam I'm 14 week pregnant lady my left side knee was heavy pain in the whole night, I couldn't sleep overnight? I feel afraid

Consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day.
