Hi Mam, I have back pain from last two weeks.It is sharp when I stand up from lying position. I had C section 8 months before. Could you please suggest any remedy for my back pain.

The back way that usually women face is due to the epidural that they get done during the time of C-section surgery so I would recommend you to do back associated exercise it after consulting the doctor basic you guys going to be very beneficial for you during this time
