Q.
Hi Mam, I have 3.7 years of kid. Every day i would like offer milk but he will reject and in the afternoon nd night time also he won't show much intrest to eat. if ask him then only he will take little amount of food. Please suggest me the best ways to feed my baby or what food I need to offer him on daily basis.

One of the most effective ways would be to make a diet routine for them would be helpful and gradually the child would get used to it , so set his meal, milk, snack time
