hi mam, I have 3.5 year baby..l convince the second, my last period was on 13th September 2023. I have worried because of my body weight its 95kg. kindly suggest, Is it okay if I go for a second baby.

A. lose weight. a variety of contraception is available. you can choose as per your needs from any out of the copper T, pill, condom s etc. they all are good yet regular use important n don't guarantee 100 percent protect in any case. so widely used. in females it's common. start walk n other basic exercise. see a specialist so that time diagnosis is done and you get correct treatment in time for that ok
