hi mam I feel like my cervix is getting expanded and i can feel baby movement.is it signs of delivery i am in early third trimester .feeling giddiness too salma

Mam how do you actually know that your cervix is expanded because if you’re feeling it that way then it’s not good you should consult your doctor regarding this and it’s an early trimester so nothing can be said but if you’re facing this issue please talk to your doctor
