Q.

Hi mam I am a mother of 2 month 11 days old baby (caesarean). There is no milk production from my end and my baby is currently on formula. I gained much weight during my pregnancy (28 kg). Can I start my workouts now as I'm not feeding her?

A. Yes, you can start doing some light exercises now which is recommended after atleast 6 weeks of C-section delivery. Initially, do only basic workout for 10-15 minutes and do not put pressure on the scar as it takes months to heal. Make sure it does not stretch much and whenever you feel uncomfortable, stop immediately.
