Hi mam, I am a mother of 1 year 9 month old baby and he is one breastfeeding . I don't get my periods regularly sometimes it's on time and sometimes not even for 2 month .This is happening since my delivery. I had my regular period before delivery. How to deal with this?

A. If you are breastfeeding your baby, your periods may not return for several months after childbirth. This is because the hormone that causes you to make milk, prolactin, also stops you from ovulating and having your period. If you are breastfeeding day and night, it can be up to a year before your period returns.
