Hi mam I am a breast feeding mother of 2 months baby. can you please suggest a diet which increases milk for my baby. he is not getting enough milk. I am giving formula feeds in between on demand

A. hello make sure to have green leafy veggies especially dill n methi is effective n taking lactation medicine will also help to increase the milk secretion n alternatively may give infant fm using a bpa free bottle like babyhug if needed
